People in care often go day to day not knowing who is coming to see them, whether they can stay for long, or if they’ll ever return. As funding is cut, care providers are forced to take on new business, often caring for people with needs they aren’t used to meeting. The money has to be stretched, so rather than recruit to the needs of these new clients the existing employees carry the load. All She Needs is a story about two women caught in the middle.
