Nicole Mollett
Nicole Mollett is a socially engaged artist whose primary medium is drawing. Her art practice includes sculpture, performance, participation and collaboration. Her drawings are created by speaking to people, getting to know their personal stories and researching local archives. Her artworks are often visually rich and celebrate alternative histories and forgotten places. Nicole is interested in diverse communities, public spaces, museums and the role cultural heritage plays within society. She has worked on several regeneration projects across the UK, and promotes a more democratic and inclusive approach to creating art
